Mongolian sốt chay






2 cups hosin sauce
2 cups plum sauce
1 cup oyster sauce
1 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup cooking wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup black vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp fresh ginger chopped
1 Tbsp dried orange and clementine zest
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili pepper powder
1 tsp chili pepper flakes
1 tsp grown black pepper
10 dried chili pepper

All ingredients in a sauce pan - Slow cook to reduce the sauce down to about haft. 

Sốt này rất thơm và sẵng sàng để xào với đậu hủ làm ra món Mongolian Tofu.
